FAQ

How does it work?

Once fully hydrated the psyllium husk, Aloe vera, the Chia and Flaxseed inside of each capsule expands to form a soft sponge. The expanded fiber begins to pass safely through your digestive tract, binding to food particles and any waste left along the way. The process is a lot like a soft sponge cleaning up behind your meals, providing an excellent medium to help maintain the flow of elimination.

Psyllium husk becomes a gel-like substance through a process called hydration. Here's a detailed breakdown:
1. Water Absorption: When psyllium husk is exposed to water, its fibers absorb the liquid.
2. Swelling: The fibers expand significantly as they soak up water, increasing in volume.
3. Gel Formation: The absorbed water creates a thick, viscous, gel-like consistency around the psyllium fibers.
This transformation into a gel-like substance is key to psyllium’s effectiveness in promoting digestive health and other benefits.

It is recommended to take 4 capsules a day; Make sure you take them with enough water. Taken orally.

We normally suggest to wait an hour or two in between servings of Holy Fiber and any medication.
Regarding other dietary supplements, there shouldn't be any problem however it might be best to consult with your personal physician for their professional recommendations on how to best use our product with other supplements/medicines and what results you should expect.

There are no reported side effects of natural fiber. However, if you take too much at one time (or don't drink enough water), you may experience bloating, gas, or diarrhea. If you experience any additional symptoms, call your doctor immediately!

Carbohydrates in the form of dietary fiber are not absorbed or digested by the body and therefore do not cause blood sugar to rise. Therefore the fiber in each capsule of Holy Fiber is effectively carb-free.
The only component of the supplement that would be considered “digestible” calories would be the rice flour. There are only 12mg or 0.05 calories of rice flour per capsule so I cannot imagine this having any effect on ketosis. I know that ketogenic diets are very restrictive and some require less than 40 grams of carbohydrates per day. There are 1000 mg per gram so 12mg is virtually nothing

No two people have the exact same digestive system but the majority of customers report being "good to go" within a day or so after they start using Holy Fiber. Many regularly take 2-3 capsules with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

While many of our customers report little to no need for enemas after taking Holy Fiber, an extra rinse before game time is never a bad idea. Enema use alone only targets the lower portions of your digestive tract, leaving the risk of residual debris further up your system finding its way out when stimulated by sexual activity. Holy Fiber provides real peace of mind that your entire runway is clear for takeoff - no surprises or crash landings!

It's completely up to you when to take Holy Fiber. Some customers prefer before, during or after meals (e.g. 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner) however either approach should deliver the same results and have little to no impact on your overall experience.

Absolutely. Chia, Flaxseed, Psyllium husk and Aloe have all been used as digestive aids for hundreds of years. The high-grade ingredients in Holy Fiber are 100% natural and healthy sources of dietary fiber. In fact, fiber is crucial to the maintenance of good health. Waste that cannot be eliminated through urine is excreted into the bowel. If food mass, such as fiber, is not present in the intestines, then the toxins can be reabsorbed back into the body. The American Heart Association recommends you get at least 25 grams of fiber each day.
We recommend you use the supplement daily, as do many of our customers.
If you prefer to ration out each serving, we suggest beginning consistent use for 24-48 prior to your estimated play time.
After you begin using the supplement, you’ll have a good idea of how your body responds to the added fiber intake and how long it takes to go into effect following a period of non-use.
IMPORTANT: As with any dietary supplement, it is recommended that you consult your physician if you are taking medications or if you are pregnant.

Sure. Fiber is an essential part of a healthy diet. Although most customers achieve desired results with the recommended 2-3 capsules, twice a day, taking more (e.g. 2-4 capsules, three times a day) will further enhance your dietary consumption of fiber.
Be sure to get plenty of water to help with absorption and as always, consult your physician ahead of time for any custom recommendations.

Absolutely. Holy Fiber is a non-animal product with no artificial chemicals or pesticides.
Many common alternative fiber supplements use gelatin to produce their capsules. Gelatin is an animal by product formed from collagen obtained from connective tissues and organs of animals.
Holy Fiber uses vegetarian capsules made from cellulose which carries zero potential health risks, even when consumed in a long term scenario as they are 100% natural and nontoxic. Vegetarian capsules are often deemed suitable to be classified as both Kosher and Halal.

Absolutely! Many of our most loyal customers are actually straight men and women who swear by Holy Fiber.

Generally available information does not lead us to believe that there are any complications between the dietary fiber in Holy Fiber and HIV positive individuals (or those currently taking HIV medications) however we strongly suggest consulting a personal physician for custom, professional recommendations.

1. Weight Management
The fiber inside of Holy Fiber has been known to be very useful as a weight management tool. Chia, flaxseed and Psyllium Husk are highly effective when taken about 30 minutes before meals. This way, the fiber will have time to expand in your stomach and give you a "full" feeling. This can help you eat smaller meals.
2. Heart Health
Research has shown that soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is merely one way a bad diet can affect your heart. Numerous studies have shown that both soluble and insoluble fibers can help lower the risk of heart disease.
3. Hangover Aid
The absorptive qualities of Holy Fiber's soluble fiber work well with alcohol in the stomach, as well. This can "soak up" excess alcohol and help with nasty morning hangovers. Talk about an added benefit!

First, you take 2 to 3 capsules of Holy Fiber, twice a day with water. Once fully hydrated, the Chia, Flaxseed, Psyllium and Aloe inside of each capsule swell to form a soft-but-solid mass. The expanded fiber begins to pass safely through your digestive tract, binding to food particles and any waste left along the way. The process is a lot like a soft sponge cleaning up behind your meals, providing an excellent medium to help maintain the flow of elimination.

Each capsule contains 586 mg of 100% pure, natural dietary fiber (psyllium husk, chia and flaxseed).
